2024 - Secret 7"
Lorna Robertson created the artwork for the Secret 7” War Child auction, painting Portrait of Leda for Hozier’s track Swan Upon Leda. The piece was part of the exhibition at NOW Gallery, helping raise $96 for War Child UK.
2024 - Riot Jazz Makes People Happy
Riot Jazz Brass Band (2024) – Their 4th studio album blends Mariachi, New Orleans jazz, house, and drum & bass grooves, composed for their 2022 UK tour. The cover by Lorna Robertson fuses a classic Riot Jazz design with the vibrant stripes of her Painting for 18 Musicians series.
2020 - Tenderlonious Quartet 7” - Overture 1 (22a Records)
Tenderlonious Quartet – Overture 1 (2020) – Lorna Robertson painted a semi-abstract cover for this limited 7” on 22a Records. The release follows the acclaimed Ironside album, with two new tracks exploring the full jazz spectrum.
2022 – Nick Walters – Active Imagination (22a Records)
Nick Walters – Active Imagination (2020) – Lorna Robertson painted a semi-abstract portrait of Nick for the front cover, with the back of his head on the back. The album captures a free, spiritual journey into avant-garde jazz, with musicians improvising collectively in the studio.
